AMINA Bank2 modernizes stablecoin handling, reducing manual processes and operational risk through embedded connectivity, automated screening, and unified transaction paths.
Swiss-based AMINA Bank has been expanding its role in digital asset banking, offering regulated services for corporates, professional investors, and financial institutions that need to manage fiat, stablecoins, and crypto within a single relationship.
As client-demand shifted toward real-world stablecoin payments and cross-border digital asset settlement, the bank had run into a practical bottleneck: moving assets from external wallets and exchanges into a regulated account remained a fragmented, manual process.
On 16 July 2026, AMINA announced a new integration designed to remove that bottleneck and align crypto deposit workflows with the usability standards of traditional online banking.
Historically, clients depositing digital assets had to sign messages or transactions on external platforms, manually copy and paste wallet addresses, and complete multi-step verification to prove wallet ownership before funds could be credited at the bank. This had increased operational friction, introduced copy-paste risk, and made it harder for treasury teams and institutions to scale digital asset flows while meeting compliance expectations.
To address these issues, AMINA’s latest digital transformation project introduced several technical capabilities:
- Embedded wallet ownership verification inside its online banking platform
- API-based connectivity to hundreds of external wallets and exchanges, abstracting individual integrations
- Streamlined deposit flows that consolidate previously separate tools into a single transaction path
- Automated checks that align on-chain activity with existing compliance and on-chain screening processes
- Foundations for extending the same workflow to withdrawals and payouts at a later stage
The bank’s Chief Product Officer, Myles Harrison, noted that in-platform verification now brings the experience closer to conventional online banking. “Our clients select their wallet provider, verify ownership, and deposit within AMINA’s platform in a few clicks, bringing the digital asset deposit experience in line with the standards clients expect in traditional finance.
According to Bam Azizi, co‑founder and CEO, Mesh, the firm providing the connectivity layer linking AMINA’s platform to multiple wallets and exchanges: “AMINA is proving how digital assets can move through regulated finance — verification and compliance handled natively. We’re proud to provide the connectivity that makes it possible.”
