By leveraging a coordinated Web3 framework linking financial, legal, and regulatory expertise globally, the startup has fixed fragmented service gaps.
Early-stage Web3 have been contending with fragmented access to essential business infrastructure.
Many face challenges securing compliant banking partners, understanding fast-evolving digital asset regulations, and finding legal and tax advisers able to interpret their crypto-focused business models.
For one such firm, Solstice Labs, these barriers had slowed operational growth and diverted attention from core product development.
In December 2025, the firm addressed these difficulties by joining a new initiative designed to connect Web3 startups with specialized partners equipped to handle industry-specific operational and regulatory complexity.
The program has allowed the firm to tap into a curated network of advisors covering finance, governance, compliance, and technology. This gives Solstice Labs access to experts who not only understand the legal and technical landscape of digital assets, but also provides scalable frameworks to support international expansion.
Key areas of digital enablement include:
- Implementing secure banking infrastructure designed for digital asset transactions
- Coordinating cross-border tax and legal advisory through blockchain-savvy professionals
- Integrating compliance monitoring tools for real-time regulatory alignment
- Leveraging partner networks to access blockchain, protocol, and venture advisory expertise
The firm’s Managing Director, Marcus Maute, noted that the integrated access to specialized support “…solved a critical challenge in finding the right infrastructure and expertise… allowing us to focus on building our products rather than sourcing suitable providers.”
According to Jürgen Hofbauer, Global Head, Growth and Partnerships, AMINA Bank, the program’s organizer, the initiative draws from the bank’s experience in managing digital asset risk and compliance across different jurisdictions. “As a regulated institution with practical experience in crypto operations, we understand that startups need coordinated financial and technical support,” he said.
By consolidating financial, legal, and technical functions into a single, Web3-native support network, Solstice Labs has been able to align its growth strategy more effectively with global regulatory and infrastructure standards, reducing friction and accelerating its path toward sustainable scaling.
